Negotiating a contract is often times a long, tedious activity, especially if you and/or your counterpart are seeking a multitude of changes to the original document.  Even if you’re simply trying to stick with institutional protocol regarding indemnification or publication, the process can be overwhelming and lead to frayed nerves.  In this week’s edition of NCURA YouTube Tuesday, Amechi Akpom, of the University of Southern California, gives some helpful advice with respect to how best to begin discussions.
